Heard from Moody
Moody called me last night. He'll be in Chicago with Gideon Foli Alorwoyie this weekend. I hope to meet up with him one night. I have his email address now. I'll give it to Jeff and he will invite him to participate. Still no word from Curt.

I think he might be playing at Lake Forest College on Friday. I know Gideon will be there for an opening of the new student center. I will be there so I may see him.
Yep, Lake Forest College is one of the gigs. The other one is at the Illinois Math and Science Academy. And the third is at some Ethiopian club whose name I don't know.
I'll see him then.
I saw Moody last night at Lake Forest College. I teach part time there so it was a perfect opportunity. He was performing with Midawo Gideon Foli Alorworyie. It was great to hear some fabulous West African drumming as well as the dance ensemble. Scott looks great, the same and is busy traveling between his day gig and playing with Gideon. Listening to the ensemble was refreshing and made me realize how much more I could have learned from Oscar and Scott.
